Travel dates and details change. If your plans shift, message Fidel directly on WhatsApp as soon as you know. He will work with you on adjusting the arrangement where possible.

Your agreed terms

Any cancellation, change or deposit terms that apply to your trip should be confirmed directly with Fidel before you commit. The website does not publish a universal cancellation window or refund promise.

Weather, flights and factors outside anyone's control

For airport transfers, Fidel monitors normal flight updates and adjusts pickup timing. See the airport transfer page for details.
